Barbagallo Digital

Keep your website working. Give customers a clear way to reach you.

Website care, local visibility, and managed call handling for plumbing businesses. I maintain the site, test its inquiry paths, and set up the right handoff for when you can't answer. You work directly with the person responsible for your site.

For established plumbing businesses with customers coming in and someone responsible for returning inquiries. Based in Florida, working with companies across the US. Other home-service trades considered when the fit is right.

John Barbagallo

John Barbagallo — Army sergeant, former lineman, nine years running WordPress sites.

I'm John Barbagallo. For three and a half years I managed more than 30 production WordPress sites and the Linux servers under them for a company that lived on phone calls, and I've built and run WordPress sites for nine years. When you email, I answer. When something breaks, I fix it.

The website is the office nobody's sitting in. I make sure it answers.

Start with the free website check.

Give me your website address and an email to reply to. Within a couple of business days you get a short report on what I checked: what I observed, what still needs confirming, and the next useful step. If nothing's wrong, the report says so.

1. Send the address

Website and a reply email. That's all I need to start.

2. I check it

Forms, phone links, listings, mobile load — what's observed, what needs confirming.

3. You get a one-page report

Within a couple of business days, with the next useful step and a fixed price if a repair makes sense.

Used only to run and return your check. No mailing list.

Website & Missed-Call Check

Illustrative example — invented findings, not a client result
Observed
A mobile test submission displayed an error instead of a confirmation. Delivery to the business has not yet been checked.
Needs confirmation
Google and the website show different phone numbers. Confirm whether these are intentional tracking numbers before changing either.
Not tested
After-hours handling. This needs an owner-approved test call and confirmation of who receives the inquiry.
First step
Trace the form submission through to the business's inbox. If a repair is needed, confirm the scope and fixed price before work starts.

The report identifies what was checked, what remains unknown, and the next useful action.

Three plans. Fixed service fees.

Every plan includes hosting on managed infrastructure, tested updates, daily off-site backups, uptime and security monitoring, and a login where you can see the work completed on your site. Included usage and any additional charges are agreed before onboarding. Month to month, with 30 days' notice to cancel.

What setup covers

Site Care

Access and condition review, agreed migration, backup and recovery configuration, and a baseline contact-path test.

Local Visibility

The Site Care setup, plus a profile and listings baseline, tracking configuration, and the first prioritized improvement plan.

Call Capture

The Local Visibility setup, plus a phone-system review, an approved call flow, fallback configuration, controlled test calls, and handoff to your callback owner.

One site and one location per plan. Setup and first month are due before onboarding. Upgrading later is charged for the additional onboarding actually required. Sites with existing compromise, blocked account transfers, or unusual migrations are quoted separately.

Projects, when a plan isn't the problem.

Fixed project scopes. Additional development starts only after you approve an estimate and a spending cap.

$750

Website rescue. One accepted, diagnosed repair. We agree on the problem, the fixed scope, the completion test, and the delivery date before payment. If the issue needs broader work, I quote it separately before starting.

$4,500

WordPress rebuild. A five-page business website with a written scope and tested inquiry paths. Half before work starts, half at the agreed launch milestone. Typical build window about three weeks after access and approved content are ready. Includes an ongoing Site Care requirement from $299/month, stated before you sign.

$175/hr

Approved development. Estimate and spending cap approved in writing first.

Scope, in plain terms.

What's not offered
Content retainers, social posting, or ad management. I don't sell those at all.
What's quoted separately
New pages, custom development, integrations, and recovery of a site that was already compromised before we started.
What the AI intake does and doesn't do
It collects the caller's details and routes them to your team. It doesn't give repair advice, quote prices, dispatch anyone, or make commitments you haven't approved.
Support hours
I respond within one business day during support hours: 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday. Holiday and absence handling is spelled out in the agreement. A response is not the same as a completed fix; automated monitoring outside those hours doesn't mean I'm awake.
What you control
Your domain, business profile, analytics, phone number, content, and site. You can export your own records from the login at any time. The dashboard software is mine; the agreement lists which plugin licenses stop renewing if care ends.
Cancelling
Month to month, 30 days' notice. The agreement states the last billing period and any exit work.

Send me the problem.

One paragraph on what's wrong is plenty. Not sure anything's wrong? Start with the free check above.
